– Original tags and packaging must be included
– Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

– Items damaged due to misuse
4. Return Process

– Order number
– Item(s) to return
– Reason for return
– Photos (if defective, damaged, or incorrect)
Step 2: We will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable method.
5. Return Shipping Cost
– Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect returned items, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Exchanges
If you need a different size/color, contact us first. Exchange availability depends on stock.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a suitable resolution.
